• When requesting a commission created by the artist kyomaruko, the Customer agrees to these conditions along with their agreement on the commission contract.• The commission contract is a digital document provided by the artist, and must be accessible to both parties at all times.• Payment is calculated according to the artist's pricing system and the price noted on the commission contract.• Payment can either be processed 100% up front - OR - 50% up front and 50% after an approved sketch for more elaborate works.• The price must be paid in Euro (€) via PayPal.• The four-digit Order number (as stated on the commission contract) acts as an order reference during and after the production process.• The Product will be delivered digitally and privately to the customer, unless agreed otherwise on the commission contract.• The artist will not be responsible for loss or file corruption of product once it has been successfully delivered, but the customer may ask to have the file sent again.• The Customer is required to provide sufficient references for Fan art (e.g. foreign character designs, special environments or objects, layout if applicable), in order to achieve the best possible results.• For visual aid with the selection of style, medium and colouring, all previous works listed on the artist's websites are available as examples to the customer.• The Customer has the right to suggest reasonable changes during the drawing process. More fundamental revisions are only possible during the sketch phase. After completion, only limited minimal changes are possible, especially on traditionally created works.• The Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress.• Products may only be edited and re-released with permission and credit given to the original artist.• Uploading commission works on social media is generally allowed, as long as the artist is linked or mentioned in the same post. The Customer is not allowed to claim the work as their own creation.• Products can only be used for commercial purposes with additional fees (+50% on top of total price) and specific approval of the artist, noted on the commission contract.• The Customer does not hold the right to ever use the product or parts of it in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, as well as any AI-related technology, including submitting for AI datasets. This includes commissions for commercial use.• The artist can cancel and refund any order at any time.• The artist, as the creator, keeps all rights to their work, including adding it to their public portfolio.
